1. Booking Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of a booking before the shipment has been dispatched or the transport service has commenced.
Cancellation requests received after dispatch or commencement of the service may not be eligible for cancellation.
Eazy Pay Transport Company reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests if the service has already been substantially performed.
2. Cancellation Charges
Depending on the stage of the booking, cancellation charges may apply:
Before Confirmation: No cancellation charges.
After Confirmation but Before Dispatch: Cancellation charges may apply as per the applicable tariff.
After Dispatch or Service Commencement: Cancellation may not be permitted, and the booking amount may be non-refundable.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds may be processed in the following situations:
Duplicate payment.
Payment deducted but booking not confirmed due to technical failure.
Booking cancelled by Eazy Pay Transport Company.
Any other case approved by the company after verification.
Refunds will not be provided for:
Incorrect booking information provided by the customer.
Customer absence at pickup or delivery location.
Delays caused by weather, traffic, natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
Services already completed.
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will generally be processed within 7 to 15 business days.
The actual credit timeline may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or payment gateway.
5. Payment Gateway Charges
Payment gateway convenience fees, transaction charges, taxes, or other third-party processing fees, if applicable, may be deducted from the refundable amount unless otherwise required by applicable law.
6. Failed or Duplicate Transactions
If your payment is debited but the booking is not confirmed due to a technical issue:
Please contact our customer support with your payment reference number.
After verification, the amount will be refunded or adjusted against a new booking, as applicable.
7. Company Cancellation
Eazy Pay Transport Company reserves the right to cancel any booking due to:
Operational constraints.
Vehicle unavailability.
Incorrect or incomplete booking details.
Safety concerns.
Legal or regulatory requirements.
Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
In such cases, eligible customers will receive a refund as per this policy.
8. Force Majeure
The company shall not be liable for cancellations, delays, or refunds arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, floods, fires, strikes, riots, government actions, road closures, pandemics, or technical failures.
